Fiery sword = automatically cool. There doesn't seem to be much futuristic to this picture to me, but it's still cool. I love the flow of his hair and the armor is very nicely rendered. And, of course, I love the sword. I'd like to see a little more curve in the loincloth since the hair seems to be blowing in waves, but it's minor issue. All in all, it looks great. Keep it up.
