I like this one. :) I mean, all your art has appeal and I might leave comments on more of it, but this is the one I picked out to ramble about. (Lucky you. o.o)

I'd really, really be interested in seeing what you could do if you redrew this. I love the concept, and you did an awesome job on the water (which is very very hard to do, IMHO). I love how the dress seems to flow directly into the water. As if it's water itself. Or as if it's creating the water.

There are some anatomy issues (which I think you've progressed past, considering your current work) and a few coloring issues (though I'm, personally, not a huge colored pencil fan, so that might be part of it) - another thing your current art suggests you could fix. :)
