It's FRODO!
It's FRODO! by @ehrehatt (Ehren Hatten)

and he's happy! Happy shining people...::sings::

okay.. I've got a sunburn and I'm tired, so I get irritated easily. Frodo decided to get on my nerves when she came in and commented the same thing on two pictures. So... I drew the Elijah Wood frodo while looking at a happy shining frodo picture (one of many) as I drew. Done in oekaki. Lord of the Rings. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Ehren Hatten
