Hand of Water by @katduga (Kat Dugas)

Its a hand. More specifically, my hand, 2 years ago. This is what happens when you're a bored out of your mind person with a scanner handy and a copy of Photoshop. It looks cool, but I have no recollection of how I managed to do this. Things I'm certain of: some sort of displacement map, some use of the chroming filter, and multiple layers.
