The Princess and the Dragon
The Princess and the Dragon by @klawzie (Chella Reaves)

Ah! The elusive humanus princessium, commonly known as the human princess and the draconus ficticious commonly known as the treasure-hoarding fire-breathing dragon. The two species have developed an interesting co-dependancy. The princess can't select a properly fit mate without the dragon, and the dragon can't get a few dozen meals without bait.

People have come up with some truly odd suggestions about the relationship between the princess and dragon in this picture. As they're not my characters, nor the character of anyone (that I know of), you're free to interpret it as you will. I think she's just something of a sorceress on the side... Dang Klawz, this one is one of your best pics IMHO. I love the detail in everything, and the poses of the dragon and the princess. This is very professional looking. ^_^

As for relationship between these two... looks to me like they're having a conversation.

Princess> Awww, thanks for eating that one. He was a horrible snob and ew his breath was horrid. You're so good to me helping me out to find a good mate.

Dragon> Hey no problem. I was getting kinda hungry and wanted to try out my 11 herbs and spices.

Princess> Hee! You're so silly. ::hug::

Yowza! This is niiiiice... When I first came back to the screen where I'd left your recent uploads loading I forgot where I was and mistook this for something done with on of those 3-D programs. The detail is gorgeous... Especially on the dragon. Man, you're patient.

Dunno how much I care for the dragon's head/face design (Idunno, I just think it could be more "solid," esp. since the princess's structured face is so close to it), but I really really love the texture and shapes in its body. Backgrounds are nice, too!

::giggles as she types:: That is a very interesting take on the dragon/princess relationship, and a strangely accurate one. This picture is definitely one of your best yet; the detail in the texture and shading is beautiful. The princess's skirt especially is excellent, and it's just overall a beautiful picture.
