She looks lovely to me. Sometimes you can see a gentle personality in physical appearance, and you've captured that here. I like the sketchy style and light sepia toned shadows to this picture. It has a very illustrative quality, like an old portrait. Her nose is slightly off in that the top should curve right into the eyebrows and it gets a little too thin in the middle, but otherwise it's very lovely work.
