Sea Green Waterdragon by @amancait (Amanda Caitalina)

My god, I did the sketch for this years ago! I just learned how to work layers, so I wanted to test it with a sketch and rediscovered this guy--I always wanted to color him. ^^ Intentionally left a rather sketchy look, and yes, he only has the two forelegs. With all that tail he doesn't need any more. ^~ Sorta oriental styled, and the fins are supposed to be very translucent. Wanted his coils to be sort of shiny/wet, since he's a water dragon. Had fun with the loops. ^^
