I don't know who the character is, but she is beautiful. I really love her hair, the shading is just lovely.

I like to comment here. Why? Because I can say what I want without anyone harassing me. 0_o Not that anyone has at DA but you know if I said what I really wanted to say I would get hate notes and stuff. Oh yeah the picture. XD I like the hair, very neat and the ribbon bow thingy in her hair. Arm's weird though. Anatomy is so hard. But I see you are really improving.
Don't let a negative comment get you down! It's still pretty even if you call it just an original anime artwork.
If it happened over on Oekaki Central, those guys can be BRUTAL.
