I love him. He's the funniest character in the anime (I have two or three volumes of the manga, but I've seen the entire anime and loved it even more than the manga). I think you did a good job of capturing his constant smile, and an excellent job on his headband. The dark shading makes him look a bit ominous, as he did before you find out... wait a tic.
