Abstinence-Only Education Rule by @deaddays (John Rios)

New Newspaper art. It's running tomarrow with a story about states instituting new abstinence-only education rules. This means that schools cannot promote safe sex, condoms, birth control, or anything. They just scare you into not haveing the sex. Bummer huh. So I thought this would be funny. Man, my editorial cartoons lately are having less and less to do with the story they're running with! I think it's because I'm trying to make the reader think more.
