Blue Jessica by @mollmadi (Molly Madison)

This is Windy-chan's character, Jessica, in her theme colors. I planned to do a series of these; all of my friends' characters shaded solely in their respective colors. I think I only got a few done, though...

I was a little hesitant to color her skin blue (as that's not something I normally do), but I think it turned out all right.
