Really chuffed with this! Took me about 7 days (with some days doing almost nothing but drawing, and others barely drawing at all). Which is an improvement of my usual time of 10 days. Go me.

Oh.. My.. GAWD!! IT'S HIIIM!! And done so well!! How do you draw so great?? This looks like a photograph! The detail is amazing - from the bandana to each hair! And the eyes... aww.. melting eyes.. +dreams away+ ahem, where was I? Oh yeah... This is one awesome drawing!!

ok, i got an account on side 7 JUST so that i could comment on this drawing. it took over a day, but now i can finally saw it! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its so cool, when i saw the thumbnail i thought it was a photo, so i clicked on it to see closer, and saw it full size, and i STILL thought it was a photo. then i read ur comment and u sed it was a drawing! ITS SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! man, theres no words, saying cool or awesome isn't enough.... its jst.... purely.... amazing..... geez, tell me how you did this!!! lol. (btw i love jack sparrow AND johnny depp too, he always looks permanently drunk when he's walking/running away from murderous cannibals.)

I've kinda gotten lazy Side7 (I'm more of a frequent updater on DeviantART) but your comment was so sweet I had to reply straightaway :) Thank you so much for your comment and I am so pleased you feel so enthusiastic :D

You asked how I did this, well I can help you there! I have a tutorial for portraiture here. It's on Marilyn Monroe, but I used the exact same process with this drawing. I hope that answers any questions :)

holy wow. I saw this as your sample art and had to click right away. This is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I know that comments are supposed to be constructive and full of critisism, but theres nothing to improve here. This is perfect artwork.
