K. Shriker - City of Aurius
K. Shriker - City of Aurius by @Spectra (Jodie Struthers)

Kakosenas Shriker, taking a moment out of her rather strange life to watch a mated pair of fish-like creatures play (or she could be deciding which one she'd like to eat). This image was inspired by a short story my best friend wrote. In it, some characters on the planet Ramath-lehi have to go to the City of Aurius (the largest Ramathian underwater city in existance). My character Kakosenas is Cryokinetic (she can manipulate water/ice). So, she has this really strong affinity for water and all things in it. So of course she gets drawn to the organic machina windows...

This was 100% drawn and coloured in Photoshop, which is a bit of a rarity for me.

Wow, beautiful image and BEAUTIFUL style. I am absolutely in love with those fish, I love the contrast you've gotten with the warm orange on the cool bloows, they TOTALLY pop right out and force your eye to look at them. Awesome work!
