Well, I don't know much about the story, but I do see this guy quite a lot, and I must say...this is a very interesting interpritation :).

The shirt and the hands are my favorite parts. I think the detailing and the textures are really good. Love those claws ^^

I might suggest going back and adding some hilights to the skin and maybe a little accent to the shadows you've already added. It'd make him look even more realistic. Remember, real skin has many subtle tones to it ~_^
