Isabella Valentine
Isabella Valentine by @twinblades (Tare Fortier)

Isabella "Ivy" Valentine, daughter of Cervantes. She uses glowing swords that transform into whips, and I prefer the whip state, so here it is. lol

the background is a backdrop from the game she's from, Soul Calibur 2.

it's the "Village of the Wind" stage very pretty though my favourite stage is the "Eurydice Shrine Gallery", so elegant o.o

this is my first stab at drawing from a game cg character I hope it looks acceptable >_<;

also only my second try at metal .. lol but I like it ^_^

Nicely done. I don't see much Soul Calibur fanart around and you portrayed Ivy well here. The shading, particularly on the metal parts, is impressive, though a few highlights on the hair would be nice as well. Good job. Hope to see more from you.

thank you ^^ I wish there was more SC fanart as well it's such a great series

I will probably go back and touch up the hair later on I hadn't noticed I left out a few highlights, thank you <3

I agree with what Jinx says. Never be afraid to use white for highlights, it can really make things pop out! The metal on her armor really looks fantastic. I'm quite impressed!

I thought I did use white, but I guess I forgot to add it ^_^;

thank you <3
