Kewl! I don't think I've ever seen the full pic of this. It's really good! You've gotten really good at drawing. :) I'm not sure the head is quite in the right porportions with the body, but I've never seen this character, so I could be wrong. XD; thinks of the PowerPuff Girls and their odd porportions.
