Die kleine rote Blume am Wegesrand
Sie hat so fröhlich ausgesehen
Aufrecht und voller Erwartung
Nun hat sie ein Schleier aus
grauem Straßenstaub überzogen
und ihre Strahlen sind erloschen
Das schwere Gewicht
wird sie erdrücken
noch vor Ende des Tages
Da liegst du nun
kleine Blume
mit all deiner Hoffnung
mit deiner Freude
die niemand haben wollte
Deine Kraft hat nicht gereicht
