Something just kind of popped out of my brain and onto the computer screen. That's all the explanation I can give. ...But seriously, I believe this was spawned from complete boredom... the theme is Ty in some kind of gallery of paintings that other pokemon did. As for any other aspect of the image... find out yourself 8D ..Or ask me directly... but either way, i'm done. Enjoy.
