Serena and Rini
Serena and Rini by @Jill (Jill)

This was done for a friend. I really dont watch sailormoon, but drawing the characters is a whole lot of fun, since thier costumes are pretty neat. This was done with colored pencils. There was more to this image but my scanner is too small to scan it all, unfortunatly. And the background looks crappy, too...@_@

I cannot believe you used colored pencil on this. It looks amazing! The hair is by far the best though. All the highlights and shadows blend so smoothly together for the overall effect. Their poses look perfect too. I do not think the background looks crappy. It may be more simple then the subject, but you did a great job with the fading in and out of the blue. I think it compliments it very well.
