Hehe, great picture!! One thing to change might be the hair...when you do the highlights make sure they go all the way across the hair (horizontally, I mean...like have the highlight on the left go all the way to the shoulder), they don't just stop randomly. And maybe make it look like there are more strands/details in the hair other than the highlight in the middle. Other than that, I love the expression and the glasses! Good job on this picture!!^_^
