The Genesis Saga - Summary Pt. 1
The Genesis Saga - Summary Pt. 1 by @blazehgehg (Blaze Hedgehog)

Instead of uploading 48 billion different Oekakis of this Genesis Saga Series, I decided to make "medly" images. Let me explain what this is...

This is the Genesis Saga. What began as one image has evolved. It is now an entire series, done and drawn entirely on the Oekaki. It begins one year after the events in Sonic Adventure 2, Eggman has decived Sonic & Tails to believe he is now on their side -- at the anniversary party signalling the end of their rivalry, he unveils his new plot: Genesis. The most advanced and powerful robot Eggman has ever built; it can actually surpass Sonic.

And it does. It beats the crap out of Sonic. When things look their grimest, Shadow turns up! Based off ideas Kojichao came up with -- that Shadow would become a wandering Nomad without a purpose, Shadow steps in to save Sonic (but not before taking a few blows himself); and utilizing Chaos Control without a Chaos Emerald, they end up at the Hidden Palace. Sonic's none to happy, as in his entire life -- he's NEVER run away from a battle. He yells and walks off - mad. He ends up at Tails Workshop, and grabs a Chaos Emerald radar off Tails, and begins to track down the Seven Jewels, figuring he can defeat Genesis easily as Super Sonic. Meanwhile, Genesis tracks Shadow to the Hidden Palace and busts in unexpectedly -- causing Knuckles an Shadow to hide in a secret underground passage that not even KNUCKLES has entered.. Knuckles discovers some interesting writing on the walls, writing that might just be what the doctor ordered.

Whew, what a mouthful. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Blaze Hedgehog
