This is one of my few portrait paintings. It's of my daughter. It's in oils. I'm not very good with people. It's always a struggle. I'm trying to change that and practicing more.

very beautiful picture. it looks to me that you did a very good job with the face of your daughter! beautiful girl. i particularly love the way you colored the upper portion of her hat and the folds on her shorts! very lovely! keep on teaching yourself, you seem to be a far better teacher than most college professors!!
