Arwen-inspired elf girl in Rivendell. I was too tired, too lazy, and too shaky to even attempt to make the balcony thingies even. I really liked the background by itself, and I think I shall upload it. I didthe girl w/ the pencil tool (stupid stupid stupid me) and thats why she looks a bit off; I had to smudge her a lot to make her all smooth-ish and stuff... ah well. On to the next!
