Nicely coloured, I love the clean lines and the smooth shading and subtle colours are very pleasing to look at. The flow of the hair is especially eye-catching. Interesting warped effect with the buildings in the background, they add a nice sense of dischord and help to portray his uncertainty. Very nice picture.
