wanted to practice with lighting, so painted in some quick background. colored the lineart in my normal cell shading style instead of airbrushing. thought it would look cool dark, but now its really hard to see his wings. lol. was also gonna have tons of blood in the pic, but decided not to.

This is just fantastic! shading color and all.......the only thing I would adjust is her nose should show at least a small part of it...........Shirley

I love it! amzing composition, definately portrays a dark depressing mood. I'm gald you chose not to go with the lots of blood, as now you can erally concentrate on the pain in the demon-creatures face rather then being distracted by blood and gore. I do agree with shirley, i think the girl need a nose. Amzing! fire is so hard to do, and you did it really weel, you also did a great job on textures on the fireplace and floor!
