Hmm. You indeed have a way of drawing long necks, but I honestly can't say it's an anatomy problem. All of the characters you draw have a longer neck than usual, and according to that it is called a style.
And styles are a personal taste, which cannot really be judged, actually. XD
This is really good... The colours fit very well and it somehow reminds me of myself.
The only thing that bothers me is the head/neck. He doesn't seem to be that very sad, rather like he's thinking; "I WILL see you again." But if that is what you wanted it to look like, that's fine with me. XD I just personally think that he could be looking a little bit sadder =)
