I did this one a few years ago when I was experimenting with combining inks with colored penciles. The whole idea was to create a b&w ink drawing, then finish it by covering it over with colored pencils. It takes a long while to do, hence the reason I don't do many of them, but they all seem to turn out very nicley with a very unique quality to them.
