The nasty and mysterious man with the ears and tail of a raccoon and a very silly name! Another character from this villain game thingy. It's hard to know where he stands. He doesn't enjoy hurting people or anything-- he just doesn't care about how anyone else feels, so he'll do whatever he likes to anyone in order to further his own plans.

I know he just looks plain stupid here, so I redesigned him a bit.

This was a cel, painted on cheap acetate with particularly dodgy acrylic paints and inked with a cheap permanent pen. I'm so professional. And yes, the background is officially the Worst Background Ever! Still, I quite like this picture for some odd reason. His positioning came out the way I wanted it, and his expression is rather amusing.
