This is my fancharacter Ivy (in the dress) who's the Tallests' "daughter" (not biologically) with her friend Tegin. Tegin is an adorable little squirt who had a rough time of it growing up. His teachers sent him up to the Tallest Complex where he met Ivy and they're now best friends. ^.^ Kawaii yes? Ivy's older in this pic than when I usually draw her so, that's partly why she's so tall and stuff. Plus, Tegin's just a cute little shortie! I love you Tegin!!
