I really love the vibrant, beautiful colors in this piece. The bright orange frame contrasts nicely with the green leaves, which are shaded very well. I love the mushrooms--they're a very cool background. Overall I'd say the coloring and composition are perfect, but the girl herself seems to have something slightly off with her face--I think it's a little wide, and her nose is rather rectangular, without much bend or point to it at all. I think her eyes might be rather small--but then again, I'm into anime and Victorian-Pre-Raphaelite art, where everyone has rather large eyes, so it might be my own taste creeping through rather than real critique.

Overall this is quite a lovely picture. I'll have to check out the rest of your gallery now!

Thank you Shirley!

The ideas just to seem to flow out some how, and I fnd my mind constantly overwelmed at times, with new ideas, and concepts. It has always been that way for me...the ideas come in abundance, getting them all on paper, or in paint, now that is a problem, there would never be enough hours in the day....grin!
