Picture of Sarah Petrulis' character Jackal. I originally started coloring it in cel style, but was unhappy with it. I then decided to try out a painterly look. I wish my lineart wasn't so definite though. It makes her stand out too much. I also experimented a bit with the clouds and color of the sky.
This picture reinforced the fact that I need to keep practicing on coloring. XP

It's really cool to see you experimenting in a more painterly style. It has all the precise crisp detail of your cel shaded stuff, but with a little added movement.
