faerie lands
faerie lands by @kazzer (kaz iska)

lookie! it is done! these are the members of the faerie goddess, ainee's, very own personal seelie council...she's a moon goddess, albeit a very playful and mildly insane one that loves sunsets, and then there's count croaker, her personal second-in-command and unofficial court jester/bumbling idiot..then there's kelpie, who like drowning irish people and pulling children under water and playing tricks on unwary riders or priests..but heck, he ain't evil, it's just his nature..remnants of the faerie are always pretty darn insane...then there's goblin, who's a goblin (with da shnozolla!) and hechler, a kobold which is some kinda germanic leprachaun who's always really really sarcastic to his princess, but generally good natured..and finally, buggane, better known as bogie or bugga-boo, who is kinda a rebel because he's the only resident of the faerie that has moved to live in the world of men, and as a bogie, he likes hanging around places of living, overturning bowls, blowing out candles and renting really, really bad musicals. in this case, he does all that in the high rise apartments of senators and stuff, but he can do that anywhere of you provide him enough lurking space. there are very few faerie gates, which has a lot to do with secret government experiments in my bigger comic, but all kinds of elves and sidhe can hide form human minds, so not even our little friend soy bob down there can see them... spooky...

chokes on her life saver and stares at this here picture I suppose I could try here.. to express my wonder at the severe use of artistic skill shown in this... but.. I can't. I's speechless. Ya gone and made me unable to describe how good this is. Unable to use smart words like 'articulate' to make me sound like I know what I'm doing. Simply put, kaz... this is really incredibly awesome. I like it. And I like sunsets. And I like you.

Cripes. A bit much colour. Sure, it's nice, the process (albeit slightly too committed for me) seems effective. Blue lines. Hmm. It lacks that sinister edge that usually inhabits your work. I like sinister, sinister is good. It's not awful, far from it. It just seems... unlike you. Well done, at any rate.
