It's an Orc on a Warg. Woof. The Warg is not based on how the wargs look in the Lord of the Rings movies. I tried to make it look more wolf-like, as Tolkien described the wargs in the books.

Ooo, nice! I always imagined the Wargs as simply...very large, hairy wolves. That's why I was much dissapointed with their appearence in the Two Towers ;_; So very sad... Oh well. This is a closer look to what I always thought they were, great job! Love the drool...
