Cute picture. Drawn and shaded nicely, particularly the hair and dress. The expression is drawn well, too. You do get a feel for the innocent happiness she's feeling. It seems like there needs to be more to this picture, though. The expression and the wind show that you caught her in the moment, but there's not enough context to grasp the meaning of it. It's still lovely work as is, though. Keep it up.

The reason for that is that this was a sorta practice pic, for the full length picture I had in mind. It was meant as a dry run, so that I could decide what she would look like, and how to express that. Hopefully I can put up the actual pic here one day... :p

This image is adorable. It reminds me of the scenes in shoujo manga when the guy is thinking about the girl he wants to protect... very sweet. I love her innocent smile, and the light colors you've chosen. I hope you finish your ideal version of this someday!
