Every once and a while I like to go out on a limb and try something . . . different.
I was really pleased with this result, especially the skirt. Though the hand on her hip still bugs the hell out of me. I'm currently trying to color it in Photoshop. This is gonna take a while. --.--;;

^.^ I love the big sparkly eyes. They're perfectly shoujo.
I think maybe the problem with the left arm is that it's too small? ^^; The other one looks slightly fuller and such... Though they both do look somewhat small compared to the head.... muses.
The skirt is so awesome! All those pleats, and the shading.... Wow.
Good luck with the coloring, although she looks great so far. Something about the hand does look off, but I cannot really place it. Her other hand looks perfect though. The skirt looks wonderful with such great shading. Anyways, cannot wait to see the final!
