Duke Red
Duke Red by @Stagsleap (San Wolfe)

Duke Red at his finest! The greatest gentleman in Metropolis!

My best drawing of Dukie to date. I had a lot of fun drawing this from an offical production sketch - I just spiffed up a few minor things.

is very jealous now You draw Dukie so spiffy! And have such pretty handwriting! Not fair!

heh. ^_^ I have to say- WOW. I love this picture, have it all printed out and stuff. The colored flower in the pocket was such a neat nice touch, and the angle on the face...WOW! I don't know how you do it, you always make it look so easy to draw him! And my, he does look like such a gentleman in this..I might have to drool a bit... ;)

I certainly hope you have a rag by your computer to clean up all that drool! :)

It took me a long time to finish this piece. The hardest part is getting the nose and chin correct. As for the writing, I practice calligraphy on my spare time. I used a simple felt-tip calligraphy pen you can find at most stores or at an office supply place.

Glad he brings joy to your day! :>^_^<:
