Amy and her dangerously immense hammer
Amy and her dangerously immense hammer by @Timothius (Tim Fewell)

I did a sorry picture of Amy Rose from "Sonic Adventure", so I drew this one to compinsate. Although I am a fan of the original Amy (aka Princess Sally in "Sonic CD"), I have grown fond of the SA Amy also...

The background was a section of a screenshot from the Sonic Adventure game.

Nice job on the pose (I'm so cyooote and innocent!!), and you made a nice use of contrasts here...You can pick out things like the far shoe from the near shoe on the thumbnail, and that's good.

You need to practice on focusing eyes, though. A lot of your characters seem to stare off into space, and I'm pretty sure that's not your intention!
I think if you moved both eyes over to the right, you'd get the impression of her looking right at us.

(shrugs) That's me, though.

pokes That's not Sally in Sonic CD, It's Amy. only she's wearing white/green sneakers, an orange skirt, and a green blouse. She had no fasion sence back then but that's when she lived on Miracle Planet, and she used Tarot Cards. (wonder if she can still use them?)
