Nicteris in the BD by @razzahoy (Razz Ahoy!)

This was a present for my friend Nef. And Nic is a great friend of Rox, too, so yeah ^_^ I like it generally, but I might've gone a little too over the top with that sunburst... but he's supposed to be using an attack of some kind, so sue me XD
