A picture I drew for my friend Windy-chan, of her otaku villain Sailor Atlantis.

I think I might've gotten the fuku wrong, but I sort of personalized it to fit with the picture. ^_^; Her body is strangely disproportionate, but I also think it looks good that way.

She was quite popular with my IAM mates, for awhile... ;)
