Well, first off, it seems like you did a good job emulating the anime style. The only thing I see that you might want to fix or try next time is working on the facial color. Her face is a lil too dark to see any detail. Maybe try highlighting with a lighter shade of blue in some spots? Or choose a slightly lighter color to begin with and shade in that color blue maybe.
