Horses by @dorowinn (Dorothy Winner)

Guess which movie I just watched. ::cough:: Fan characters. Yes, I was so enthralled and all that I decided that I actually want to learn to draw horses. I don't have names for these two yet, but I did a fair bit of research (which I hope was accurate ^^;;;;;;), so I can say that the taller horse is a male Anglo Arab, and the smaller one is a female quarter pony. I don't know much about horses, so please forgive the mistakes especially in proportions >_<; also, I'm not exactly sure how big an adult quarter pony is compared to an adult Anglo Arab.

I also haven't really decided on their colors. This sketch goes down when I finally do decide. I was just excited to show this, that's all. XDDDD [edit: On the other hand, I think I'll keep this here... it's good reference.] Artwork © Copyright 2002 Dorothy Winner
