Old work of mine. And I loved it, and still do. Not because it's a masterpiece or anything along those lines, but because this is exactly what I was aiming for - a demon child-like thief in chains and blood, staring back with eyes like mirrors and a smile of a ghost. I don't know if other people can see it my way, but I myself love the feeling.
Done with black pen, red pen, highlighter, and a tiny bit of cg filter.
Very striking. Nice color scheme in this piece and the crosshatching really gives you that sense of chaos I think you were going for. I can see why you like this piece so much. It has a very haunting look in the chains, the blood on his shackles, that eerie look on his face, and even the placement of him in the picture. Very nice work.
