The wolrd settign is 1930-ish tech-wise, but these guys' faction is reluctant to change, so I wanted their clothing and equipment to appear slightly antiquated in comparison, but not so much to be completely obsolete.
Nameless Foes - Paladins of the Sacred Radiance by @Jops556 (Jops)
Character design for the generic rank-and-file goons from one of the factions that oppose the main characters.
The Order of the Sacred Radiance are, de facto, the military arm of the theocratic nation of Vloria. A declining empire, due to their inability to adapt fast enough to an industrialized world, but still powerful and influential.
This is a worldbuilding piece for my Atelan Adventure series.

@Jops556: Ahh so it was definitately medieval based but yeah the cloaks remind me of the British empire or the Austrian military garb but with simple changes to make them more fitting.
Great outfit designs reminds me of the collonial british corps with a touch of medieval armor plating to them. I see a bit of inspiration from Valkyria Chornicals as well.
