Elements of Friendship by @Cacopheny (Abigail Oliver)

Wow... my pic actually has an official title now, cuz I like that one so much... It really suits.

Sorta-kinda new rp. Old chars, new setting. Clockwise from our familiar winged friend are Rowan, Briana, Nate, and Risa. This pic was inspired by my dear Christy-chan ((love ya, hun!)). In fact, she practically commissioned me for it ::giggles:: The four friends, each as a separate element, but still joined through friendship... The elements I chose (well, she chose, actually) are Air for Rowan, Fire for Bri, Earth for Nate, and Water for Risa. They all fit marvelously, except for Rowan, who only mostly fits O.o But then, he's hard to confine to a single element... he has bits and pieces of all four, really.

But anyhoo. Yet again, I combined marker and colored pencil. I think it turned out okay... I could be happier with it. I came really close to ruining it when I was inking it... my pen tried to overflow on me O.o When yer doing something as intricate and important as a face, that's a very bad thing... But it surived, and here it is, for your viewing enjoyment ^^

I'm long-winded today... My last thought, I promise, is on the difference between each pose. Yes, they each mean something ^^ That's what I'm most proud of with this pic: symbolism. The poses all represent the char's attitude towards the group's friendship, their "role", so to speak, in the foursome. I'll leave you to figure out what that means ^^

Nate belongs to Dale, Risa and Bri to Christy-chan, and Rowan be all mine ^^ Even if he does look a little funny.
