I've always been a Calvin and Hobbes fan, and I decided to try a Calvin picture. In retrospect, I don't think Calvin is really a good character to give the Photoshop treatment; a lot of the character of the comic came from the somewhat rough lines. Nonetheless, I had fun with the drawing, and, given that it was a first attempt at Calvin, I don't think it ended up too bad.

Calvin is the single coolest comicstip character ever made in the last 30 years...
...Unless, of course, you count HOBBES!
Anyway, I REALLY like the background- looks just like a Spaceman Spiff setting. Spiff/Calvin himself looks good too, but the background really stands out.
Yay! Calvin & Hobbes rocks! (Said in the voice they use on Invader Zim when they say everything rocks.) That child has problems....
