Cool! Jesus as a furry!

Umm...no. This is definately NOT Jesus, this is Iori Di'Aryo, who's about as phsycopathic, viscious, bloodthirsty, and cruel as the demons of the world come. Iori (THE TIGER IN THE PICTURE!) is for the most part a direct opposite of Jesus, someone who enjoys in the sadistic art of tormenting others(Ain't that a cliche? c.c).

Crucifixtion was an execution method that could fall upon any helpless victim from their peers or government. While it's most commonly associated with Jesus and Christianity, crucifixtion was a punishment and occasional method of torment that was used for criminals of many kinds, and was definately NOT limited to Jesus Christ.
