Holy MESHUGA it's Hot
Holy MESHUGA it's Hot by @ladylaguna (Jenn)

It was pretty toasty outside when I drew this, and Raul, like me, HATES hot weather. I tried out that cut-out technique on this'n, and I really like how it turned out. Except for the abs... They don't quite look ab-like :P

WOW. I'm really impressed by this cutout style, it's visually really attention-getting, and it helps emphasize that sense of GOODNESS GRACIOUS IT'S HOT OUT.

I don't really know what I'd suggest for the abs, except maybe make the shadows more regular....right now they almost look a bit too random?

But anyway--fantastic piece!

Thanks for the comment ^^ Yeah, I've thought about changing the shadows and highlights there around, though I'd almost have to abandon the cutout method and use a pencil, and I don't know how irregular that would look compared to the rest of the image. I just need more practice with the instruments if I'm gonna do this anymore :)
