Another request finished for somebody at the NCD! This time it's a little red Dragon named Synge.

I think I overdid the scaling a little bit.. and I sorta messed up on coloring the wing membranes.. and.. oh there's a zillion things wrong with this but overall it looks alright I guess.. I really need to learn to do backgrounds better though 9.9;;
