Undina Songstress Ninfea
Undina Songstress Ninfea by @fragmented_imagination (B Sanders)

"Among the currents of the ocean deep,

Clothed in the colors of her home,

Does the youthful girl follow her teacher,

Silent so that she may learn his songs"

-

I actually finished this a couple months back, but I'd neglected to post it. Ninfea, meaning "water lily", is an undine which I had posted a while back. I wanted to make another picture of her in a similar vein to the Brise picture I had posted a couple years ago.

This one actually came out much better than Brise's picture. It took me a while to find something, but I studied a few pictures of blue whales to get the skin of the whale she's riding. The one thing that bothers me is her arms. They were really kind of awkward.
