Meep!?
Meep!? by @l_wallace (Lacey Wallace)

This one was inspired by a discussion on whether or not Irkens have gender. My thoughts are that they do (seeing as how they use both masculine and feminine pronouns) but that the distinction isn't all that important.

Anyway, for this pic, I guess Zim's decided to find out what sort of hold human females have over the males, so he starts on a female disguise with the help of some tennis balls. And Gir's just being as cute as always. He's probably saying something like, "Whee! Master makes his chest all pokey!"

I liked the pencil sketch for this one a lot better. But I wanted to get in some practice inking on the computer.

I'll tell you a secret... Irkens DO have male and female genders, but they DON'T have any genitalia 0_o They reproduce themselves genetically in tubes. Don't ask me how they differenciate between the two then, but that's just the info I got (and yes, my source for this is very reliable). Anyhoo, nice pic ^^

You should try telling that to the fellow in the discussion who was insisting that Irkens have no gender. ^^ I figured they did, but I was basing it on the fact that both masculine and feminine pronoun uses wouldn't have developed if there were no differences between male and female Irkens. Leave it to an English major to look at it like that. ^~
